Fellowship Overview

Fellows will have the opportunity to:

Develop an assessment that incorporates structural and process of care indicators to improve health literacy and communication between pharmacy and patients during the medication management encounter.

Application Requirements

To be considered for CPS' fellowship program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Licensure as a Registered Pharmacist must be in good standing
  • Completion of a Postgraduate year one (PGY-1) pharmacy residency or equivalent training.
  • Submission of a complete application, including curriculum vitae, a personal letter of intent, and three reference letters.
  • If you are invited for an interview, you must deliver a presentation and complete a writing sample.
